Keynote speaker Shivani Gupta is the CEO of Passionate People Institute, a company committed to changing the world through igniting more passionate people. Passionate People Institute is based on Shivani's own journey, in which she's made a practice of infusing passion in to her personal and professional life.

She believes that in order to stay connected to your passion you have to triumph over difficulty. Shivani has overcome her own set of difficulties, each one woven into the fabric of who she is: moving to Australia at age 11 and being confronted with racism, and working in a male-dominated world of senior management. When she realised should could use her own experiences to inspire others, Shivani left her corporate career and dedicated her life to pushing others towards a passionate life.

Part of her mission to ignite others includes her career as a professional guest speaker. Shivani is one of less than 100 people in Australia to gain standing as a Certified Speaking Professional through National Speakers Association.

Her mix of passionate presentations and rare speaking ability have made her an effective communicator to some of Australia's most well-known companies and with international organisations in eight countries.

Shivani is a proud winner of the Telstra Young Business Woman of the Year award. She also joined elite company the likes of Ian Thorpe and Bill Clinton when she became an honorary member of the Golden Key.

Shivani is also the author of seven books, has mentored hundreds of executives, is a columnist for Fairfax and is a wife and the mother of four kids.
